• Able to support the payroll process with preparing data, handling of queries and liaising with third party stakeholders.
• Able to oversee and manage a performance management process that drives excellence.
• Able to report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Motivated to nurture a positive working environment by conveying the company values and mission statements, as well as setting the tone for a healthy company culture.

You are ideally…

• In possession of a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
• Demonstrating experience within general HR, Compensation & Benefits, EVP and Employer Relations
• Having good knowledge regarding German labor regulations (labor law, wage tax, social securities). Other European countries would be an advantage, i.e. Spain and France
• Able to communicate with a high degree of empathy and motivation
• Passionate and have a personality with conceptual strength and a pragmatic working style
• Business proficient in German and English. Spanish or French proficiency is a plus
• Willing to travel occasionally
• Having a passion for travel and lifestyle
