Students can request their superscores to be sent directly from ACT to Jax State, potentially boosting their first-time freshman merit-based scholarship offers. Test scores received by May 1, 2024, will be considered for potential scholarship increases.For students seeking to increase their test scores, Jax State offers an On-Campus ACT (formerly the Residual ACT). Early Arrival Opportunity for Fall 2024 : Jax State Summer Bridge Program is the perfect opportunity for students who would benefit from additional support, smaller class sizes, and an early transition to college life and community living. Students participate in a five-week session consisting of college classes, workshops, advisem*nt, and career advising events, and activities. The program offers students the opportunity to experience college life before the fall semester while earning 7 credit hours. Dates for 2024 are June 12 -July 30. You are invited to attend Kennesaw State University's Open House!
Open House offers students the opportunity to learn more about their major and about their desired field of study. They will also receive information on Admissions Requirements and Financial Aid. Students will also have the chance to hear from current KSU students.
In addition, be sure to experience a complimentary lunch in our award-winning University Dining (for up to three visitors), along with the opportunity to participate in a walking tour of the campus and see a model room in one of our residence halls.
Open House is hosted on both campuses on different days. You and your students are encouraged to sign up for the campus that hosts their major.

Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. will be holding an event named Project Alpha on April 15th, 2023.
Project Alpha is designed to provide education, motivation, and skill-building on issues of responsibility, relationships, teen pregnancy, and sexually transmitted diseases for young males ages 12-15 years. Designed to provide young men with current and accurate information about teen pregnancy prevention, Project Alpha consists of a series of workshops and informational sessions conducted by Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity brother.
The three goals of Project Alpha program are:
1. Sharing Knowledge by combating ignorance and fear with factual information.
2. Changing Attitudes by providing motivation toward positive changes in sexual behavior.
3. Providing Skills by creating a sense of empowerment and self-esteem.The event will be held at Georgia Southern University Armstrong Campus in Savannah, Georgia.
