HOUSE MANUAL- LAKEVIEW TERRACE RETREAT
House Temp Upstairs: Use white remotes on the end table in the great room and on the dresser in the bedroom
-For air conditioning: Make sure the snowflake button is showing on the display. Turn down to
whatever you want. Turn up to 80 when you leave.

-For heat: Make sure the sun button is showing on the display. Turn up to whatever you want.
Turn down to 59 when you leave.

House Temp Downstairs: Each room has its own wall heater. Turn up to whatever you want. Turn down to 59 when you leave. The downstairs does not have air conditioning.

Hot Tub: Turn up to whatever you want. Turn down to 88 when you leave. The easiest way to open is to fold back the front half and then push back onto the hose stand.

TV: The Roku remote can turn the tv off/on, controls the sound and the apps. You can use the separate tv/sound bar remotes, but the roku remote can control everything. All of your logins will erase automatically on the checkout date you choose on the roku devices. Find thousands of channels to watch by selecting Streaming Channels on the main menu.

TV in the bedroom uses a firestick that will also need your tv streaming logins.

Closest Lake Access: Continue down Cape Horn Rd and turn right on Horseshoe Drive. The lake is at the bottom of this road.

Farragut: Lots of trails/lake access there! We have trail maps as well as local Bayview information on the shelves underneath the upstairs tv.

Wood Stove Directions:
-Make sure back wood handle is pointed towards the kitchen
-Turn thermostat (back right side knob) to high
-Start fire
-Once dial on top of the stove is in the “active� range, turn wood handle towards the lake
-Adjust thermostat to desired temp
*Whenever putting a log in, turn the wood handle towards the kitchen before opening the door.
Turn back towards the lake once the door is closed.
